Terms of Service

myDOMESTIQ is an AI-powered cycling coaching platform operated by Gregor Augustin, Sole Proprietor (s.p.), based in Slovenia, EU ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account and using myDOMESTIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 14 years old to use myDOMESTIQ.

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

myDOMESTIQ provides AI-generated cycling training plans, workout analysis, and coaching feedback based on data you provide or sync from connected platforms (Strava, Garmin Connect, Google Calendar).

The service is provided during a beta phase. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time. We will communicate significant changes via email or in-app notification.

myDOMESTIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate training plans and coaching feedback. These are recommendations only and do not constitute professional medical or sports medicine advice.

Always consult a qualified physician or certified coach before beginning or significantly changing a training programme, especially if you have any medical conditions. You follow AI-generated recommendations at your own risk.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
• Notify us immediately at support@mydomestiq.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service.
• Upload false or misleading data that could compromise AI outputs for others.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorised access.
• Use the platform in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

You retain ownership of the data you provide. By using myDOMESTIQ, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export or delete your data at any time via Settings → My Data.

Connecting third-party services (Strava, Garmin, Google Calendar) is optional and subject to those services' own terms. We are not responsible for data accuracy, availability, or changes in third-party APIs.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the beta phase, scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gregor Augustin s.p. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of myDOMESTIQ, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or loss of training performance.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All platform content, design, and software are the intellectual property of Gregor Augustin s.p. unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Activity data synced from Strava remains subject to Strava's terms and is attributed accordingly.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
